I am a new homeowner slowly encountering the joys of homeownership. My first joyous experience began when my dryer started taking 6 hours to dry half a load of socks. After YouTube told me that it might be my dryer vents, I reached out to Learsi for help and that’s when I met Itai. He used a camera to check that my vents were, in fact, clogged with lint and then used his vacuum machine to suck it all up. While we were testing my dryer, he also identified that the gas was still on in my non-functioning wall heater and turned that off. He also identified small optimizations I could make in my space to save money and, eventually, make my property worth more, like opening up a new entry vent for my central AC and adding a vent system to my bathroom. He was able to tell me what work would be involved in removing the wall heater and what I might expect to pay. Overall, he was a respectful and kind person and an asset to work with. To cap it all off, he gave me a very reasonable price for all the work (which did end up fixing my dryer). I highly recommend Learsi to anyone with HVAC or any other kinds of home improvement problems. Itai is very knowledgeable and will be able to identify your problem if not solve it completely.

They did good work, were very communicative, showed up when they said they would, avoided enormous time and cost overruns (unlike some contractors I’ve worked with in the past), and just made the whole project seem manageable. It also helped that Learsi can handle so many aspects of a job internally – that made a huge difference.

Truly professional and quality service!! Itai did an amazing job with cleaning our AC ducts out. He also took the time to explain everything that I needed to know, the price was reasonable too. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thumbs up!

We had an hvac issue on a Sunday during a heatwave and Learsi remodeling was here within 20 minutes and fixed the problem quickly,efficiently and for a great deal. Had great AC service installation with Itai. He spent a lot of time with us choosing the right system for our house. Installers were excellent and Itai was here to check on progress. We recommended him to two other neighbors.

I requested for a solar panel cleaning service. His price was among the lowest and used the correct tools & methods to clean the solar panels

He arrived on time and even provide early ETA notification before arrival. He did a thorough job and spent much more time and attention to details that I’d expected. The result turned out great. My solar panels were nice and clean.

Itai came to clean out the dryer vent for the community dryer in our building. He was highly communicative and able to come out same day! Learsi offered a coupon making the price very reasonable. Itai was extremely thorough and when we discovered an unrelated problem with the dryer during the vent cleaning, he offered to attempt the repair himself and then followed-up afterwards, offering to speak to the appliance repair company and provide them with additional info.
